Matthew Kay is a pragmatic and commercially driven HR Executive with extensive experience across various sectors, including Consumer Electronics, Finance, IT, and Medical. They have held significant positions in organizations such as KONE Corporation and Samsung Electronics, demonstrating results-focused leadership and strategic vision. Currently, Matthew serves as the Human Resources Director at Johnson Controls, after a tenure as HRBP for the Energy Business Unit at TE Connectivity. They earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong.
