They have a track record of optimizing contracts and networks to achieve multi-million dollar savings annually while enhancing services and carrier products. Their specialties include cost containment through efficient contracts and capacity management, as well as vendor relationship management and telecom expense management. Currently, Meg serves as the Global Leader of Telemanagement Services at Johnson Controls and has held leadership roles at various notable companies, including Tyco and IDT Telecom.
