Michael Cacio

Michael Cacio, a dedicated professional with a background in engineering, is currently a Global Quality Manager and Tooling Manager at Johnson Controls. After serving in the Marine Corps, Michael completed an apprenticeship as a machinist and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford, all while raising a family. With extensive experience in the engineering sector, Michael held leadership roles at companies such as Nypro and Tyco International, where they focused on design for manufacturability, process optimization, and tooling management. Michael co-founded Plastic and Tooling Technology Solutions, contributing to engineering service advancements before retiring in March 2023.
