Michael O'Connor

Michael O'Connor is a Service Manager at Frick/Johnson Controls, currently managing service and warranty claims for hygienic air units. Previously, they served as a Product Service Engineer and a Product Trainer at JLG Industries, where they developed and implemented training programs and troubleshooting processes. Before their role in industry, Michael worked as a Technology Education Teacher in the Shippensburg area school district, where they introduced a robotics program and revised the curriculum to align with educational standards. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Teacher Education from California University of Pennsylvania.
