Michael Tenbrock

Michael Tenbrock has over 20 years of experience in jointly developing and marketing new technologies, working with start-ups and corporations across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. They served as a Senior Associate at Vision Capital, focusing on investments for a $160M venture capital fund, and were the Global Director of Technology Research & Development at Baltimore Aircoil Company from 2013 to 2021. Currently, as the R&D Director at Johnson Controls, they lead research and development for smart buildings aimed at carbon reduction. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from Toulouse Business School and an Innovation Mentor Program at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
