Michael Warner

Michael Warner is the Director of North American Costing for Seating at Adient, a position held since 2016. In this role, they manage the JIT Complete Seat Cost for the Americas and develop financial business cases to support business unit sales teams. Previously, at Johnson Controls, Michael served as the Director of JIT Costing, where they oversaw the complete seat cost development and managed a cost team in South America. Their career also includes roles as an Account Finance Manager and Metals Cost Manager, focusing on financial management and cost estimations for seat programs. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Central Michigan University, completed in 1987.
