Michelle Rye

Michelle Rye is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Vice President of Sales for the Central Region at Johnson Controls since January 2013. In this role, Michelle leads business transformation strategies focusing on service and digital growth while identifying new opportunities for integrating acquisitions. Michelle has held various leadership positions at Johnson Controls, including Director of Strategic Growth and Business Performance Leader for the East Region, where responsibilities included coaching sales leaders and achieving business results across numerous markets. Prior to Johnson Controls, Michelle operated as a franchisee for Mrs. Fields Famous Brands and Stevi B's Pizza, and contributed to business development in the education and government sectors. Educational achievements include a Master's in Business Communications and a Bachelor's in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Memphis.
