Mike Aronson

Mike Aronson is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition Global Operations at Johnson Controls since September 2016. In this role, Mike oversees global operations for the Talent Center of Excellence, managing vendor partnerships, budgeting, technology, and recruitment marketing, while enhancing candidate experience and internal mobility. Prior to this position, Mike held various leadership roles at Johnson Controls, including Director of Talent Acquisition for North America, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruitment teams and aligning hiring strategies with business growth plans. Previous experience includes senior management roles at Tyco and ADT, and earlier positions as a recruiter at Fidelity National Information Systems and Aerotek. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington.
