Mike Baird

Mike Baird currently serves as the Pacific Director - Commercial, Strategy for Johnson Controls, where they lead the strategy development and implementation of sales and marketing across various business lines. With over a decade of experience in marketing and sales roles, Mike has previously held positions such as Head of Marketing for Tyco and New Zealand Marketing Specialist. Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with double majors in Management and Sales, along with a Master of Business Administration and a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Auckland University of Technology. Additionally, Mike is a qualified Six Sigma Green Belt and has experience in strategic growth through mergers and acquisitions within the New Zealand market.
