Nikki James is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and innovation within sustainable infrastructure. Currently serving as the Global Director of Technology & Innovation at Johnson Controls since January 2010, Nikki has held various roles including Senior Operations Program Manager and Program Manager for Energy Solutions, focusing on business intelligence and technology management for energy performance contracting. Prior experience includes coaching as the Girls' Varsity Soccer Coach at St. Paul Academy and serving as a Research Assistant at Washington University in St. Louis, where work involved the development of Aluminum-Fly Ash composite materials.
