Philip Masterson

Philip Masterson is currently the Ireland Country Manager at Johnson Controls, where they are responsible for the company's HVAC operations in Ireland and are focused on developing growth initiatives and improving organizational health. With over 20 years of experience in senior management roles, Philip has previously served as Head of HVAC Service for the UK&I and Regional Operations Director at Johnson Controls, overseeing significant operational responsibilities and employee engagement efforts. Prior to this, they were the Service General Manager at York International, leading year-on-year growth in Ireland. Philip holds a Diploma in Organizational Leadership from the National College of Ireland and qualifications in HVAC Engineering from Bolton Street Technical College Dublin.
