Refugio Silva

Refugio Silva is currently the Manager of the Global Contact Center at Johnson Controls International, a position held since 2024. They have extensive experience at Johnson Controls International, serving in various roles from 1984 to 2024, including Manager of Operations & Standards in Commercial Customer Care. Prior to that, Refugio worked as SOP Manager at SecurityLink from Ameritech and as Monitoring Supervisor at National Guardian Security. They also held the position of Manager of Customer Care National Standards & Operations at ADT Security Services, Inc. and began their career as an Emergency Dispatch Operator at 3M Alarm Services from 1983 to 1986.
