Roshelle Pearson, MBA, is the Director of Program Management for Sustainable Infrastructure at Johnson Controls, where they drive the organization's go-to-market implementation of Johnson Control's Path to Net Zero. With over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Roshelle has held various roles including Program Manager and Information Technology Portfolio Manager at Johnson Controls, and Agile Coach at AT&T. They manage high-performing teams and have a strong background in Agile methodologies, vendor management, and project oversight. Roshelle earned their Master of Business Administration from Alverno College and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
