Rowella Frame has extensive experience in various roles within the fitness and administrative sectors. From January 2013 to May 2017, Rowella served as a Les Mills Group Fitness Instructor focusing on BodyCombat at SportsWorld Fitness Centre, and also worked as a Swimming Instructor at Cairns Learn To Swim during the same period. Prior to transitioning to fitness, Rowella held multiple positions in accounting and administration, including Assistant Accountant at Chubb New Zealand Ltd (2003-2005) and Operations Co-ordinator at Jackson & Jackson Refrigeration (July 2014 - November 2015). Rowella's career also includes roles as Service Co-ordinator at Haden Engineering Pty Ltd, Norfolk - Haden, and Jackson & Jackson Refrigeration, among others, demonstrating a strong background in service coordination and administration. Currently, Rowella is the National Administrator & Service Coordinator at Johnson Controls since November 2015.
