Rupali Chalke

Rupali Chalke is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in auditing, taxation, and financial management. From November 2010 to February 2012, Rupali served as Manager Audit & Taxation at Phadke & Associates, Chartered Accountants, specializing in company account finalization and various audits. Following this, a tenure as Principal Consultant at MITCON Consultancy and Engineering Services Ltd focused on project management consultancy in Renewable Energy. From May 2018 to July 2021, Rupali progressed through roles at Lear Corporation, ultimately reaching the position of Finance Manager with responsibilities in FP&A for Asia Structures. Currently, since February 2025, Rupali leads the MEA region as Senior General Manager RTR at Johnson Controls. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Commerce from BMCC, a Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and an Executive Programme in Business Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. Additionally, Rupali completed a certificate course in GST.
