Shalin Brophy

Shalin Brophy is currently the Associate Director of Installation and Service at Johnson Controls, NA. Prior to this role, Shalin served in various leadership positions at companies including ADT, where they worked as a Residential Sales Manager and Operations Support Manager. Shalin’s earlier experience includes managing service teams and residential installations at ADT Security Services and providing administrative support in senior leadership at Tyco Integrated Security. Shalin holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as a background in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Niagara University.
