Stephanie Hackett

Stephanie Hackett is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer service and administrative support. Since October 2018, Stephanie has served as a Service Coordinator at Johnson Controls, focusing on customer requests in the fire protection domain, invoicing, and report management. Prior roles include recognition as a top Customer Care Representative with a customer-focused strategy that improved retention and revenue, as well as experience in payments and billing support as a Suppression Coordinator. Additional experience includes positions at CrossCom as an Accounts Receivable Representative, eFinancial as an Administrative Assistant, Royal Melbourne Country Club in a similar role, and State Farm in customer service.
