Steve Schultz

Steve Schultz is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in strategic communication, organizational culture, and employee engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Johnson Controls since October 2019, Steve leads the execution of communication strategies for global functions, addressing a workforce of 40,000 employees in support of significant revenue objectives.
