Steven Ammer

Steven Ammer is a results-driven Lean Manager at Valmont Industries, Inc., with over 15 years of experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence. They previously held significant roles including Transportation Manager for the 4th Marine Division and Black Belt CI Professional at Johnson Controls, where they led multimillion-dollar Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Security and Management from the University of Phoenix and completed Six Sigma coursework at Villanova University.
