Susan McLaughlin

Susan McLaughlin (Hardy) is a manufacturing engineer currently working at Johnson Controls, where they apply their continuous improvement experience to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Previously, they held roles at Nestlé Waters as a Quality Assurance Technician and Conagra Brands as an Associate Continuous Improvement Specialist. Susan has also worked with the FDA and contributed to various administrative projects during their early career.
