Susanne Bitsch is the Quality Director for HVAC/Refrigeration & Applied EMEAL at Johnson Controls, where they lead global quality initiatives to exceed customer expectations and foster continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. They hold several certifications, including Lead Auditor for ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001, and have extensive experience in quality management across multiple regions, including the USA, Brazil, and Europe. Previously, Susanne held managerial roles in production and quality at various companies, including Imitz Fashion and Mascot International A/S. Susanne's education includes a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from IBC International Business College and leadership training from Johnson Controls Academy.
