Tad Walter

Tad Walter is a retired executive who served as the Executive Director of IT for Johnson Controls. During their tenure at Johnson Controls, they led significant IT initiatives, including the deployment of Workday HCM and the establishment of global HR technology strategies that generated substantial cost savings. Walter previously held senior leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Convergys, overseeing multi-million dollar budgets and large-scale human resources transformations. They earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an MBA from Tulane University.
