Timi Kwatra currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls, focusing on hiring strategies for the Commercial Organization, Business enablement functions, Financial shared services, and the Global Centre of Excellence in India. Timi has extensive experience in talent acquisition across various companies, including a role as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Cognizant Technology Solutions, specializing in the Internet of Things (IOT) within the Digital business. Previously, Timi held significant positions at Virtusa, Intelligroup, and Intelligroup, overseeing large-scale recruitment initiatives and managing talent needs for diverse business units. Timi holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University and a BA in Double Maths from the same institution.
