Tom Kister

Tom Kister is currently the Executive Director of Legal at Johnson Controls Federal Systems, where they have served since 2018. Prior to this role, Tom held various legal positions, including Senior Group Counsel at Johnson Controls and Vice President & Senior Counsel at Metavante Corporation. Tom began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Cook & Franke, S.C. and later worked as Legal Counsel and Vice President of Contracts & Compliance at Derco Aerospace. They earned a Juris Doctor from Marquette University in 1998, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from DePauw University.
