Dave Carson

Dave Carson is an experienced Web Content Developer at Johnson County Library, a position held since February 2007, where collaboration with the Customer Experience Team focuses on promoting the Library's mission and enhancing usability through user-centered design. Responsibilities include marketing programs and events, developing multimedia content, conducting research to assess user needs, and maintaining website design. Prior to this role, Dave served as an Instructional Designer at Iowa Public Television from August 2000 to February 2007, where skills were applied in designing educational projects for various media and launching an innovative online virtual high school. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and two Master’s degrees in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Kansas State University.
