Paul Young possesses extensive experience in management and safety within the construction and installation sectors. Beginning as Division Manager at Coastal Insulation Inc., Paul managed over 100 employees across two locations while overseeing sales and installation of various building products from April 1996 to March 2008. After a role as Safety Specialist at Southern Company from March 2008 to October 2016, which involved managing industrial construction contractors on environmental projects, Paul worked at Fluor Corporation as a Safety Specialist from July 2017 to December 2019. Transitioning back to TruTeam as Production Manager from December 2019 to May 2023, Paul currently serves as Assistant Manager since April 2023. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of West Florida.
