Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson include Director of Facilities Management for the East Sub Region and Senior Manager for Workplace Strategy in the Americas, focusing on innovative, human-centric workplace environments. Joy Young's background also includes significant positions at Gensler, providing expertise in interior design and project management, and experience in space planning at Arenson Office Furnishings.
