Christopher Windle

Christopher Windle is a seasoned professional in the field of renewable energy, specializing in hydrogen technologies and carbon dioxide conversion. Currently serving as Account Development Manager at Johnson Matthey, Christopher previously held the role of Business Development Manager for Hydrogen Technologies at the same company. Christopher's academic background includes a Senior Research Fellowship at University College London, where multiple projects were led to develop systems for harvesting sunlight to create fuel. A PhD student at the University of York, Christopher developed methods for converting carbon dioxide into valuable chemicals. Additional experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at the University of Cambridge, where successful projects focused on CO2 recycling, and an engineering role at CEA in France, which enhanced Christopher’s international perspective on fuel production from renewable resources. Prior to these roles, Christopher contributed to the development of fuel additives at Infineum and managed hydrogen innovation projects within the British government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
