Alejandro has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Alejandro currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Johnsonville, where they coach the Member Services and Organizational Learning team. Prior to that, Alejandro was the Chief People Officer at F&G, responsible for leading the Human Resources organization. Alejandro also held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at Kemin Industries and Vice President of Human Resources at ATI Physical Therapy. In addition, Alejandro worked at Rockwell Collins in various HR roles and at GE as an HR Analyst. Overall, Alejandro has a strong background in HR and has held leadership positions in multiple companies.

Alejandro has an MBA in Business Administration and Management, Leadership from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Alejandro also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, as well as a B.S. degree in International Business from St. Ambrose University.
