Lori Plate

Lori Plate has had a successful career in the field of information technology, with notable roles at various companies. Lori started at Andersen Consulting as an Analyst and later moved on to Quad/Graphics as a Team/Project Lead. Lori then worked as the Manager of Information Technology at Cleary Gull Inc. before joining Miller Brewing Company as the Principal Business Analyst for Sales, Marketing, and Distribution. Lori’s career continued to progress, and they eventually became a part of Johnsonville, where they held positions such as Senior SAP Business Analyst, Coach of Enterprise Applications, Director of Enterprise Applications, Senior Director of IT, and currently serves as the Vice President and CIO. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and successful project implementations, including the first North American single step conversion of SAP ECC 6 at Johnsonville.

Lori Plate received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998. In 2021, they obtained an Executive Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business.
