Michael Ames

Michael Ames has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career in 1999 as an Operations Manager at Strategic Distribution Inc. In 2001, they joined Kraft as a Maintenance Supervisor, and later transitioned to a Maintenance role at Kraft. In 2006, they moved to Johnsonville and served as a Maintenance Coordinator (Manager) before becoming a Plant Engineer, Operations Coordinator (Manager), and eventually, the Plant Coordinator (Manager). In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering at Johnsonville.

Michael Ames has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Operations Management and Human Resources Management from Marian University of Fond du Lac, which they earned from 2003 to 2005. Michael also holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009.
