Finian Small, MBA, possesses extensive experience in supply chain management and inventory planning. Since January 2019, Finian has served as a Senior Inventory Planner at Johnstone Supply, where responsibilities include integrating supply chain best practices and managing a portfolio for six national distribution centers. Prior to this role, Finian co-owned and founded Pro-Tech AutoWorks, providing reliable automotive repair services backed by a warranty. Previous positions at Daimler Trucks North America included Continuous Improvement Manager, Senior Materials Flow Analyst, and Launch & Change Materials Management, where oversight of multi-million dollar material spend and cross-functional collaboration were key responsibilities.
