Tim Shields, MBA, currently serves as the Commercial Territory Manager at Johnstone Supply since December 2023. Previously, Tim held the role of Franchise Business Consultant at Authority Brands from January 2023 to January 2024 and worked as an Account Manager at AMS Mechanical Services from 2021 to January 2023. Tim's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through ownership and management positions with Valhalla Real Estate Investments and Mid-West Comfort Express, as well as experience in territory management with Trane and Lute Supply. Early career experience includes roles such as General Manager at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and Sales Manager at American Residential Services. Tim holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
