Tom Lamb

Tom Lamb has over twenty-eight years of experience in finance and operations. Tom began their career in 1993 as Control de Gestion and Senior Advisor - Latin America for Tractebel, S.A. Tom then moved to NM Rothschild & Sons in 1997 as a Director, where they were the project leader in advising the Colombian government on the restructuring and sale of 14 electricity companies. In 2000, Tom joined Overture Services, Inc. as Vice President of Corporate Development, where they led and negotiated transactions such as the $140 million acquisition of AltaVista Company from CMGI. In 2005, they co-founded Done Right! and served as COO/CFO, leading the company to operational break-even ($5MM revenue). Tom then sold the company to Tree.com in 2009 and was promoted to General Manager of Home Services. In 2012, they were appointed CEO of LeisureLink, where they grew sales from $20MM/year to $60MM/year. In 2018, they took on the role of Interim CEO at Nix Hydra Games, and in 2017 they became a Principal at WWL Partners. Tom currently serves as CFO of Join since 2021.

Tom Lamb obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in 1981. Tom then went on to earn their Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Davis - School of Law in 1985. Finally, they achieved their Master of Business Administration degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1997.
