Justin Frame

Justin Frame has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Justin started their career as an Engineer in Training at WorldCom, where they gained experience in installing network transport and switch devices. Justin then joined WilTel Communications as a Lead Optical Test & Certification Engineer, responsible for validation and verification testing of new transport and TDM products.

After that, Justin worked at F.W.Murphy as an Application Manager, overseeing a group of Application Sales Engineers and achieving record sales revenue. Justin also developed and implemented a configuration tool for customers.

Following this, Justin held various roles at OpVista, including Lead Field Engineer and Acting Manager, where they led multiple projects and oversaw the creation of MOPs and project plans. Justin worked at Vello Systems as a Field Engineering Manager, managing a team and coordinating network implementation schedules. Justin also served as the Director of Customer Engineering, streamlining internal processes and creating training and certification curriculum for partners.

Justin then joined Treq Labs as the Director of Customer Engineering, where they focused on customer engagements. Justin later joined Sonus as the Director of Network Operations. Justin was responsible for overseeing network operations for the company.

Most recently, Justin worked at LUMEN NETWORKS as the Director of Customer Engagements, contributing to the company's customer engagement efforts.

Currently, Justin is working at Join Digital as the Director of Cloud Operations, responsible for overseeing the cloud operations for the company.

Throughout their career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management abilities, and a focus on customer engagement and satisfaction.

Justin Frame attended Oral Roberts University from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, Justin obtained certifications from Cisco, including CCNA - ENT and CCNA-ICND1, in the year 2013.
