Thomas Noppen is an impact entrepreneur and serial founder who serves as founder/CEO of Join Impact (2021–present), an organization that creates and supports social enterprises to foster an open and inclusive society. They hold a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European Law from Maastricht University (2012–2013). Currently, they co-found and lead Hautfarben (co-founder/CEO, 2018–present) and GoVolunteer (co-founder/Chair, 2018–present), and they are a founder of 20 Years (2025–present).
