Randy Simpson

Randy Simpson is the Chief Strategy Officer at Join Parachute since April 2024, leading strategy, development, and partnerships for Source Donor. This venture integrates Join Parachute and Buoy to establish a comprehensive infrastructure for blood products, aiming to enhance access to blood-derived therapeutics. Since September 2020, Randy Simpson has served as a board member and advisor across various companies, providing analysis and guidance for public and private healthcare investments. Previous experience includes serving as Partner and Head of Healthcare at Glenview Capital from September 2005 to May 2020, and holding the position of Board Member at Tenet Healthcare from January 2016 to August 2017. Additional roles include Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2005 and Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at CSFB from 2000 to 2003. Randy Simpson holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, as well as an undergraduate degree from UC San Diego.
