Ajay Khatri

Ajay Khatri is the current Chief Operating Officer at Real. Prior to this, they were with Alto Pharmacy and Verb Surgical Inc., where they were part of the founding team and served as the Interim Head of Finance. Ajay has also worked with Johnson & Johnson Innovation - JJDC, where they led transactions in equity, spinoffs, new company creations, restructurings, and secondary sales.

Ajay Khatri has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and has completed executive education programs in BioDesign and Negotiations from Stanford University and The Wharton School, respectively.

Ajay Khatri reports to Ariela Safira, Founder & CEO. They work with Kate Connor - Chief Operating Officer, Claire Womack - Chief of Staff, and Rachel Hoffman - Chief Clinical Officer. A direct report to Ajay Khatri is and Jenn Coccia - Head of Operations.
