Jenn Coccia

Jenn Coccia is currently the Head of Operations at Real, but they have plenty of experience in the customer service industry. Jenn started their career at Asphalt Green in July 2013 as the Senior Director of Customer Experience. In this role, Jenn was responsible for fitness, membership, guest services, registration, and customer service for the organization. Jenn also had a $10MM operating budget to manage. Jenn did an excellent job in this role and was able to grow retention by 2% despite the elongated timeline. Jenn also kept all of the members in the loop on the project. In addition to their work at Asphalt Green, Jenn has also designed, planned, and executed member and community events that drive awareness and bring people together. Some of these events include the monthly summer series entitled Yoga and Wine, a partnership with Sound Off Experience to run a rooftop silent yoga class for 60+ people, and a partnership with Lululemon to host a yoga class for 400+ people on our outdoor field.

Jenn Coccia has a Master of Professional Studies in Sport Management from St. John's University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same school. Jenn is also certified as a Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition, and as a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, they have Spin Certification from Schwinn Fitness and Group Exercise Instructor certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Finally, they are also certified in CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
