Nancy Kramer

Ms. Kramer has served as a member of the board of directors since August 2020. Since August 2016, she has served as the Global Chief Evangelist of IBM iX (NYSE: IBM), a digital strategy and marketing services division of IBM. She founded Resource/Ammirati, a marketing and creative agency, in 1981 with Apple Computer as her first client, and served dozens of Fortune 500 companies, until its sale to IBM in 2016. In addition to her role on the board of directors, she has served as a director of M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE: MHO), a home construction company, since 2015. From 2013 to 2015, Ms. Kramer served as a director of Glimcher Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust, until its sale to Washington Prime Group in 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Ohio State University. The company believes Ms. Kramer is qualified to serve on its board of directors due to her experience in executive management roles and advising venture capital companies as well as her public company director experience.
