Caitlyn Smith has over 13 years of work experience in the fields of Talent Acquisition, Client Success Management, Recruitment, and Marketing & Sales. Caitlyn began their career in 2008 as the Studio Manager, Educator, and Trainer at Trifocus Fitness Academy. In 2012, they moved to MADACAN SARLU, where they worked as the Marketing and Sales Manager. In 2013, they joined Its About People as the Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2017, they became the Recruitment Branch Manager at Tech-Pro. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ClarkHouse Human Capital as the Head of Talent and Join Talent as the Client Success Manager.

Caitlyn Smith has a diverse educational background. Caitlyn first attended Bryanston High School, followed by APSO Entrance Exam in 2014. In 2007-2008 they obtained a Pilates Instructor Certificate from Trifocus Fitness Academy and a Basic Exercise Science Certificate in 2008. In 2013, they received a Sales Training Certificate from Digi-Images and a Pastel Certificate from Sage Pastel. In 2015-2016, they earned an HR Certificate from Alison Online in Human Resources Management and Services. Caitlyn also obtained two Certificates from Shaw Academy in 2016, one for Digital Marketing and one for Career Advancement. In 2021, they completed Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter.
