Lisel Carter possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management, having held various roles across multiple companies since 2002. Starting as a Resource Consultant at Quest and Emmanuels, Lisel progressed to become a Recruitment Specialist at MWEB, where strategies were streamlined to significantly reduce time-to-fill rates. Subsequent roles included Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Santam Insurance, a Human Resource & Recruitment Business Partner at Old Mutual South Africa, and a Group Tech Talent Acquisition Lead at Media24, where AI-driven recruitment processes were pioneered. Currently, Lisel serves as a Global Talent Partner at Join Talent and Microsoft. Education includes a Human Resource Management Diploma from Damelin and a Human Resource Management qualification from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
