Join Ukraine empowers Ukrainian state institutions with strategic communications expertise, conducts in-depth research on Russia’s military apparatus through sociocultural, security, and information policy lenses, and champions Ukraine’s interests on the international stage.

Founded in May 2022, the organization emerged from a volunteer movement of seasoned communications professionals, sociopolitical researchers mobilized in response to Russia’s full-scale invasion.

Our senior experts bring over 15 years of experience across government agencies, civil society organizations, and the communications industry.

Since our founding, we have partnered with Ukraine’s Defense Forces (including the Ministry of Defense, Security Service of Ukraine, Territorial Defense, and Special Operations Forces), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, and the Ministry of Strategic Industries.

At Join Ukraine, we believe that partnering state institutions with civil society creates the synergy Ukraine needs to resist aggression and secure victory.
