Russell Taff

Russell Taff is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Violet, Russell focuses on patient-centered healthcare and quality care delivery since March 2025. As Co-Founder and CTO of Adomo Health since January 2023, Russell has been pivotal in developing a diagnostic platform and securing pre-seed funding. Previously, Russell held the position of Head of Product & Engineering (VP) at myLaurel™ from December 2021 to February 2023, where leadership efforts included expanding the team and supporting the acquisition of Nobis Health. At Ready Responders, Russell directed product operations from December 2020 to May 2022, and prior to that, at Rocket Wagon, Russell managed a product team to enhance user segmentation. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Northwestern University and participation in the Techstars program in 2024.
