Biunca P.

Biunca P. is an experienced design professional with a strong background in product and graphic design, currently serving as a Founding Fellow of Coho Design, where the focus is on empowering individuals through experiential learning. Prior experience includes leading the Product Design team at Moonfare, managing a diverse group of designers, and playing a key role in democratizing private equity. Biunca has also held significant positions at H&M as Project Lead for Digital Experience, and as Art Director at OptioPay Group, contributing to the growth and operational management of design teams. Early career roles included graphic design at THE ICONIC and Rocket Internet SE, alongside a tenure in recruitment and management at Frontline Retail Recruitment and City Beach Australia. Biunca holds an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design & Communication from TAFE NSW.
