Grace Li

Grace Li, CPA, CA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and client services across various sectors. Currently serving as VP, Strategy & Finance at Ensemble, Grace previously held key roles including Head of Strategy and Director of Strategy at HomeEquity Bank, where significant contributions included leading corporate strategy planning and implementing growth initiatives. At Common Wealth Retirement, Grace led a successful multi-million-dollar group retirement plan implementation for the Ontario Medical Association. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, providing strategic advice to clients in North America, and holding senior positions at PwC, where auditing and tax planning expertise was demonstrated. Grace holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Accountancy from the University of Waterloo and was recognized as a Loran Scholar.
