Ed Kim is a seasoned leadership coach, consultant, and educator with extensive experience in organizational development and personal growth. As co-founder of Measured Leadership, LLC since January 2018, Ed has been instrumental in guiding individuals and teams towards effective leadership strategies. Currently serving as a group facilitator for Forum and an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Ed teaches courses in leadership and organizational behavior. Previous roles include leadership coaching at SkillCycle, managing people development at Veeco, and talent development at Altice USA. Ed's commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in initiatives led at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, alongside a history of teaching at Champlain College. Ed holds a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from UMass Amherst.
