Kelcey Stevens, ACC, MBA, is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Consultant with extensive experience in empowering professionals and organizations to realize their full potential. As the owner of Coach Lead Inspire since September 2021, Kelcey focuses on leadership branding, career development, and skill enhancement. Current roles include facilitating peer support groups for leaders at Forum and serving as a Business & Executive Coach for the Carolinas Credit Union League. Kelcey also holds multiple certifications from Ezra Coaching, GrowthSpace, and Koach.net, and has a strong background in organizational leadership and talent consulting with previous positions at Principal Financial Group and Sharonview FCU. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Canisius University, an MBA in Banking & Finance from Dowling College, and certificates in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion from Cornell University and Design Thinking from IDEO U.
