Rukiya Robinson is an accomplished Leadership Consultant and Organizational Strategist with extensive experience in transforming organizations, leaders, and teams. Currently serving as a Leadership Consultant and Organizational Strategist at e2s Strategies since March 2016, Rukiya specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Development, and Emotional Intelligence consulting. Rukiya is the Founder and CEO of Forum, facilitating peer groups for Gen X women, and an Adjunct Professor at Concordia University Irvine, teaching leadership theory and organizational psychology. As the Founder, Strategist, and Advisor at Black Women Entrepreneurs, Rukiya offers mentorship to aspiring entrepreneurs. Rukiya holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
