Sybil Ege

Sybil Ege is a seasoned business coach and entrepreneur with extensive experience in consulting and advisory services for small businesses. Currently serving as the Business Coach at Next Level Northwest since September 2018, Sybil provides strategic guidance to small business owners. As the President and Founder of Oracle Business Planning since December 2016, Sybil focuses on business planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Additionally, Sybil founded The Business of Food, LLC, aimed at supporting food entrepreneurs, and Women Leaders in Business, fostering growth among women executives. Previous roles include co-founding Dream Kitchen EDU, serving as Center Director and Business Specialist at the IL Small Business Development Center, and founding Clear Guide Consulting. Sybil also has experience in media as a radio personality and has held leadership positions, including Information Services Director at Peoples Energy Services Corp. Sybil holds a BA in Music from Smith College.
